How do I register?
Click here to go straight to the registration page. Once you're there, just fill out the form and hit "submit."

What do I get when I register?
Registration entitles you to a free weekly e-mail newsletter with the health news you care about, and a personalized home page based on the topics you're interested in.

How can I get personalized health information?
When you register, you'll see a list of topics grouped under each of our main categories. You can check the topics you're most interested in. The next time you return to the home page, you'll see teasers for features in the categories from which you selected topics. If you sign up for the e-mail newsletter, we'll also tell you what's new each week in each of the topics you chose.

My personal page doesn't come up when I go to the site. What's going on?
Your computer may not have saved your "cookie." Just log in again, and your personal topics should appear on the home page.

If this happens all the time, when you registered you may have declined the option to log in automatically. To start logging in automatically, log in and go to the registration page. Check the box next to: "Save the log in info on your computer to log in automatically?" and hit "submit."

How do I change the topics in my profile?
Any time you see a link to "register" or "change your profile," you can click on it to reach the registration page. (If you've registered before but don't see filled-in boxes, you'll need to log in first.) Once you're on the registration page, make changes by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each topic; when you're done, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."

What should I do if I have a new e-mail address?
Any time you see a link to "register" or "change your profile," you can click on it to reach the registration page. (If you've registered before but don't see filled-in boxes, you'll need to log in first.) Once you're on the registration page, type in your new e-mail address, then scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."

How do I change my username?
Any time you see a link to "register" or "change your profile," you can click on it to reach the registration page. (If you've registered before but don't see filled-in boxes, you'll need to log in first.) Once you're on the registration page, type in your new username, then scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."

I forgot my password or username. What should I do?
If you can't remember your password while logging in, just enter your username, leave the password field blank, and hit "submit." This will bring up the password hint you entered when you first registered. If that doesn't jog your memory, visit our Username and Password Management page to retrieve them.

How do I end my subscription to your e-mail newsletters?
If you would like to unsubscribe to one of our newslettes, go to the change profile page, login and make your changes. Don't forget to click on "Submit!" button at the bottom of that page to save your changes after you modify your settings.

You can also end your subscription by replying to an e-mail newsletter. Please be sure to type the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line and include the full text of the newsletter in your reply.

How do I end my registration with this site?
To remove yourself from our database, you'll need to contact us by clicking here or following the "contact us" link on the left-hand navigation bar of any page. In your message, please include your e-mail address and any other information you remember submitting when you registered.
