Make a Fitness Contract
By Deepi Brar CONSUMER HEALTH INTERACTIVE Fitness experts say you're much more likely to stick to a workout routine if you put it in writing. One good way to do this is to write up a contract with yourself. We've put together a blank contract for you to complete -- just print out this page and fill in the boxes with a pen or pencil. Then, post your contract on your refrigerator or bulletin board so you can look at it every day for inspiration.
