When you're starting an exercise program, it's easy to get busy and let a workout slip by here and there. Before you know it, it's been a week since you've exercised. Logging your exercise every day in our Fitness Diary will help you stay focused on your goals and make it harder to skip a session. And looking back on the progress you've made is a great motivator to stay with it.
